MGSwitches busbar bases are made with UL 94 V-0 materials. This flammability rating indicates the best self-extinguishing level from our busbars. Also, these 150 A busbars are certified to handle up to 150 A (at 48 Vdc) with minimal temperature rise (continuous operation time: 1 hour). Depending on customers’ needs, we offer 150 A busbars with up to 20 connecting screws for extraordinary capacity on power distribution/management. Each busbar can be paired with one of the three types of busbar covers (ABS, TPR, or PC material). TPR covers come in either black or red color, which provides an easy way to distinguish the positive (Red) and negative (Black) ends of the electrical network.
